About Me
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, with an MSC from Birkbeck, University of London.
I’ve worked with clients on a broad range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, trauma, relationship issues and loss.
Over the last 3 years, I’ve been part of Waterloo Community Counselling (WCC), working on a short and long term basis with clients across different ages, sexual orientations, religions and ethnic backgrounds. I work therapeutically with clients, using psychodynamic principles to help them make sense of their deep-rooted feelings and work towards resolving them for a happier, healthier life.
Additionally, I am a specialist mental health mentor, working with university students who are experiencing a range of issues in the course of their studies. Utilising both my professional mentoring experience and therapeutic knowledge, I create a trusting environment to help clients develop coping strategies that work for them
I am able to offer psychotherapy on either a short-term or long-term basis, using Skype, telephone or in person. I am able to offer sessions in Lincoln and have some availability in London.
